AI is already inside your company
Why we exist, what is happening with AI and why it affects you even if you have not done anything yet.
Even if you have not bought it. Even if there is no plan. Even if no one has approved it.
Today, in most Spanish businesses, there are people using artificial intelligence on their own: to write an email, summarize a document, put together a quote, reply to a customer. They do it quietly, with free tools and personal accounts, without telling anyone.
This is what we call silent adoption. And it is good news and bad news at the same time.
The good: your team is curious and takes initiative. They have already understood that this changes the way we work.
The bad: no one knows what company information is leaving the building, which tools it ends up in, or with what judgment it is being used. Each person works their own way, with results of wildly different quality, and decisions start to rest on answers no one has checked.
It is not a matter of bad faith. It is what happens when the people move forward and the company does not.
What is happening
What most people know about AI is only the first layer: a tool that writes, summarizes, translates and answers questions. An assistant. That is already useful, and it is what your team is quietly using.
But what is happening goes well beyond that, and it is worth spelling out clearly.
AI no longer just answers: it acts. AI agents carry out complete tasks from start to finish, like preparing a report by cross-checking several sources, managing the steps of a process, or reviewing and sorting hundreds of documents, always with a person supervising and deciding. It is not that they work alone: it is that they do the heavy lifting while people keep control and judgment.
Building software is no longer expensive and slow. Custom software that three years ago took months of development and tens of thousands of euros is now built in weeks for a fraction of that. This changes the rules: software made for your company, for your exact processes, is no longer a privilege of the big players. It is the quietest revolution, and the one a growing business will feel the most.
Think about how much of a normal day at your company is spent reading, writing, looking up information, comparing it, moving it from one place to another and making decisions with it. All of that is work AI can already speed up or carry out under supervision. It is the biggest transformation of work since the office existed, and it has already walked into yours.
The danger is not AI, but using it without judgment
When a company uses AI with no structure and no plan, very concrete things happen:
Customer data and the company's own data end up pasted into free tools no one controls. Wrong answers get taken as true because they sound convincing. Every employee invents their own method and no one can measure whether anything is working. The first thing that moves gets automated instead of what actually hurts. And the people who use it most talk about it least, because they are not sure whether they are doing something wrong.
The result is not a transformed company. It is a disorganized company with new tools.
Using AI without judgment does not leave you where you were: it leaves you worse off, because now the mess moves faster.
Why we created Intención
Between the three founders we have racked up close to a thousand hours of meetings with executives of Spanish businesses, of every size and sector. We saw two things we cannot forget.
The first: companies with a real intention to move forward that no one had explained what was happening to, in their own language, honestly. All that reached them was noise, overblown promises and demos that impress on a Tuesday and are useless by Thursday.
The second: what happens when this industry puts business ahead of people. When it promises what it cannot deliver. When what gets sold is not what ends up being delivered.
We came out of those thousand hours with one very clear idea: Spanish companies deserve honest support through the most important change of their generation. And we decided to be the ones to provide it.
We do not sell technology. We sell judgment: the ability to read a company, understand where it stands, spot what it needs and build the right path from its own reality.
The three pillars we work on
Mindset
The change that matters is not technological: it is mental. A company does not transform when it installs a tool, but when its people understand what is happening, let go of the fear and learn to work in a different way. That is why we train, support and create safe spaces to experiment, because the tools change every month, and the mindset is what stays.
Trust
It is the asset that makes everything else possible, and it is built on facts: transparency about what we charge and why, clarity about what could go wrong, and the honesty to tell you no when we are not the solution. AI raises serious questions about data, control and dependence, and you only work through them well with someone you trust.
Data
It is the fuel behind all of this. Without data that is organized, accessible and properly captured, AI has nothing to work with, and with messy data it works badly. But piling up data means nothing: what counts is building judgment around it, knowing what it is telling you and deciding with it. We teach companies to do exactly that.
Everything we do, every project, every training, every proposal, rests on at least one of these three pillars.
How we work
First we listen. You cannot improve what you do not understand, and no two companies are alike.
Then we look for the most useful entry point: that process that costs time and money every week, that task someone repeats by hand "because it has always been done that way", that decision that gets made without the information it needs.
We do not optimize processes, we redesign them. Optimizing means doing the same old thing a little faster. But many processes were born for a world without AI, and putting artificial intelligence on top of an obsolete process only makes the obsolete run faster. Redesigning means asking how this work would be done today, starting from scratch, with the capabilities that exist now, and building that.
And we build from there. Small when it has to be small. Fast when it has to be fast. Deep when the company is ready.
We speak the language of business. You do not need to understand how the technology works on the inside: you need to know what problem it solves, what it costs, what it changes and what risk it carries. Explaining that clearly is our job, not yours.
What we won't do
- We will not promise what we cannot deliver. No impossible deadlines, no guaranteed results, no magical transformations.
- We will not sell you technology because it is trendy. Every proposal has to answer a real problem in your company.
- We will not ignore your team. Change stirs up emotions, and adoption that does not include people is not adoption: it is imposition.
- We will not work with you if you do not have a real intention to change. Without commitment there is no result, and we would rather tell you that than charge you for it.
- And if we are not the right solution for you, we will tell you. That is how trust is built.
We help Spanish businesses use artificial intelligence with judgment, so it works in their favor and not against them.
If reading this made you think of your company, let's talk.
Let’s talk about your business.
The first conversation takes around 30 minutes, is held online and has no cost or commitment. You will leave with an honest first look at where to start: process redesign, AI training or software implementation, depending on what you need.
