Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences for a period of time.
2. What we use
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics or any equivalent tool installed.
The only thing we store ourselves is your decision about this notice. We do not use a cookie for it, but the browser's local storage. We list it here because the rules make no distinction: article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI refers to any "data storage and retrieval device", and the Spanish Data Protection Agency takes the view that local storage is subject to the same rules as cookies.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent | First-party technical (local storage) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected external content, along with the date you decided, so you are not asked again on every page | 24 months |
As storage strictly necessary to remember your own decision, it does not require consent. After 24 months you are asked again.
3. Third-party content and the cookies it can set
Two pages on this site can display content hosted by Google:
- Google Calendar, on the booking pages, so you can book without leaving the site.
- Google Maps, on the contact page, to show where the office is.
That content belongs to Google and, once loaded, Google may set cookies on your device and process data such as your IP address, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We have no control over those cookies and no access to them.
That is why nothing from Google loads until you allow it. Instead you see a box explaining what it is and a button to load it. If you do not press that button and do not accept the cookie notice, your browser never connects to Google. As an alternative, both pages include a link to open the calendar or the map directly on Google, in a separate tab.
4. Types
- Technical (essential): necessary for the site to work or to remember your decision about this notice. They do not require consent.
- External content (third-party): those Google may set when loading the calendar or the map. They require your prior consent and are not loaded without it.
The site's fonts are hosted on our own server, so viewing any page involves no connection to third-party servers.
5. How to manage your decision
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking the button below. The notice will appear again and Google content will stop loading until you allow it once more:
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies:
