We work with companies that have the intention to transform

For two years we have been sitting down with Spanish businesses, listening to how they work and seeing up close what AI is already changing. In almost all of them we saw the same thing: AI is not on its way, it is already inside. There are employees using it on their own, each in their own way, with no strategy, no shared judgment and no one measuring or protecting anything.

People already using AI tools does not mean the company has changed its mindset or that it has a strategy. When technology moves ahead without a shared way of working, it gets ahead of the organization.

AI affects every sector, but it is not applied the same way in every company. Change has to adapt to the processes, the people, the data and the specific needs of each organization.

Out of those conversations comes one conviction: real transformation is not only technological. It is also a change in how you understand work and how you use data, and that change only happens when there is trust.

That is why Marcos, Pablo and Ignacio created Intención. It is called that because we work with companies that have the intention to transform. We support each company and the people who are part of it until they have the judgment, the structure and the ability to move forward on their own.
